The extra durable, shock absorbing neoprene cinch withstand the elements. Soap and water makes clean up very easy. It moves with the horse which makes it very comfortable. 
Features are nylon and 1/4" neoprene  with all stainless steel hardware, Dee for tie down and back cinch attachment.

Fleece lined :
Extra heavy fleece backs 3" black  polypropylene webbing. Machine washable for easy care.  Nickel plated tongue buckles with tie down and back strap attachments. Comes in BLACK ONLY WITH OFF WHITE FLEECE.
